UCA Dog Trainer Tip:

Let’s talk about size…. Because this is one time it matters 😉😂

Tank is lounging and rolling the in his mouth while occasionally chewing on it.
Is this the size I’d play fetch with?
Yes, BUT only running, NO jumping!
Why?
It’s too small!
If a dog can fit their whole mouth around the toy and it easily slides around then there is a good chance of it fitting down their throat enough to get stuck.
That said, I am very comfortable with him playing with this toy under my direct supervision and honestly, I’m ready to preform the Heimlich.
Yes, I’m 1O0% serious.

Any toy your dog can get their mouth fully around should be considered a choking hazard especially when it’s covered in your dogs slobber.

I always size up at least one size but typically 2 sizes when buying toys of edible type stuff for my dogs (Kong, antlers, turkey neck, etc)

One of my fosters Biscuit was adopted by my amazing friend Mary and is living the LIFE!! He lives with her at their farm, gets to frolic with horses, lay in the grass and get belly rubs and probably sleeps in his moms bed 😉😂
