From emergency surgery to getting back on his feet! 🐾

Sweet Smooch, a French Bulldog, recently suffered a ruptured disc that caused him to lose mobility in his back legs. His owners rushed him to Animal Medical Center, where Dr. Crawford performed emergency surgery to correct the issue.

Now, Smooch is working hard in rehabilitation, including L.A.S.E.R. therapy, and he’s already making excellent progress! 💙

His journey isn’t over yet, but with surgery, rehabilitation, and lots of determination, Smooch is taking steps in the right direction.

A Night of Laughter & Wishes 🌟

Animal Medical Center was proud to sponsor the second annual Make-A-Wish Hattiesburg Comedy Show, featuring the hilarious Mary Ryan Brown with the talented Ben Compton as the opening act!

It was an incredible night of laughter, community, and making a difference. Together, our community raised more than $7,000 to benefit Make-A-Wish and help grant life-changing wishes to 17 Pine Belt children who are currently waiting for their wishes to come true. ✨

We are honored to support such an amazing organization and grateful to everyone who came out, laughed, donated, and helped make this night so special! 💙

In this photo, Dr. Morris and our veterinary technicians are performing an abdominal ultrasound to take a closer look at what’s happening inside this patient. Ultrasound allows our veterinary team to evaluate the organs and soft tissues of the abdomen in real time and can help identify abnormalities that may not be visible from the outside.

From digital X-rays and abdominal ultrasounds to our in-house laboratory and advanced imaging capabilities, our diagnostic services allow us to quickly gather important information—especially when your pet needs answers fast.
