💗 WAVE OF GRACE | BUSINESS & POLICY UPDATE 💗
I want to take a moment to make a few business policies and updates clear moving forward.
I truly love what I do, and I work hard to keep my schedule full while making sure I can give every client and every animal the time and attention they deserve. When I reserve a time slot for a session, that time is being set aside specifically for you. Especially with larger appointments involving multiple animals or people, last-minute cancellations can mean losing a significant amount of time that could have been offered to another client.
CANCELLATIONS:
Moving forward, cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled booking, especially for larger or multi-animal/multi-person appointments. I understand unexpected situations happen, and I will always use reasonable discretion when circumstances arise. This policy is simply to protect the time that I have reserved specifically for you.
TRAVEL FEES:
Wave of Grace is a mobile service, and travel is a significant part of what I do. A travel fee of $0.75 per mile will apply to appointments located more than 10 miles from my starting location. The first 10 miles are included; mileage beyond that will be added to the appointment total.
I also want to emphasize that your experience matters to me. After sessions, I make a point to reach out and ask how the session went and how you or your animal are doing. If you are unhappy with a session or have concerns, please tell me. I am always willing to have a conversation, answer questions, and work toward making the experience better. I would much rather have an honest conversation than have someone leave unhappy without saying anything.

I am currently accepting new bookings, but my schedule is filling quickly. If you have been considering scheduling a session, please reach out sooner rather than later to secure your preferred date.
🐄 WORLD DAIRY EXPO | SEPTEMBER 23–26
I will be at World Dairy Expo September 23rd–26th. My schedule is already limited, but I am happy to take on a couple more clients while I am there if I can make the timing work.
