We love caring for your pets when they’ve with us! We’re updating our boarding feeding policies. Starting today, August 19th 2026, we will no longer provide specialized, prescription, canned, or brand specific diets during boarding stays. Moving forward we will only supply Hills adult dry food.
This is necessary due to increasing food costs and the challenge of managing product expirations dates for many different brands. Simplifying our inventory helps us keep our overall boarding rates fair and stable.
**What You Need To Do**
For all future stays, please bring enough of your pets regular food in a secure, labeled container or ziplock bags for each meal. If needed we do have buckets available for your convenience. If your pet has a medical need for a prescription diet it is important that you bring that diet with you.

•put your pets name on the container or bag
•write down how much and how often your pet eats
