9yo 13h (54") Grade Pony mare
Ruby is the cutest litte bay pony looking for an experienced kiddo that likes to do all things FAST!!! Ruby had 60 days of tune up over the winter and has been hauled and seasoned in WSCA and barrel races this summer. She is not finished, but has an excellent start to the patterns and is getting better and better every show. Ruby has been being ridden by a 13yo girl and in her first summer seasoning she has won high points and qualified for Champ Show. She is up to date on dental, farrier, shots and coggins. No current health or lameness issues. She is an easy keeper, loads great, not buddy sour or barn sour.
She has the typical "are you gonna make me" pony attitude so she will need a confident kiddo who is going to tell her what to do instead of ask. She isn't rotten or mean in anyway, just really wants to GO! She thinks speed is the answer to everything, so if you want your kid to do pleasure, this is not the pony for you. She's like your sassy teenager that thinks she is really cool and that she knows everything better than you š¤£ We bought her for a 7yo boys step up and the rider is just a tad too timid for her speed. She rides ba****ck, double, trail rides, traffic safe. Kind of kicking myself for selling one of the best rescue race mounts we own. If you've watched my page for a while, I had this pony for sale in the spring and we liked her enough to add to my program of competetive WSCA horses and ponies. But the owners found another pony they like more, so shes gotta go!
Asking $6000 for a good home... preference to 4H kiddos to get them a good mount! Price negotiable for an excellent fit!
