Self care is so important and for me that is taking time to redecorate some areas on our farm. The animals are loving the pond and I am enjoying planting and decorating around it. Still have a ways to go and soon it will be time to paint the little duck house. In this season of being home more while jay recovers, we are slowing down and embracing the little things. Creating spaces where we can enjoy watching our animals and a quiet space for them is important too. Updated pictures...stay tuned for more.

Apparently me sleeping in until 7:30 am is not allowed. Peaches made sure to let me know (she came to the door) this cannot happen again. I am 2 hours late on her breakfast! Bahahaha!

UPDATE: We were able to find someone to help with fencing for my dad. He is all set! Thank you so much for all the messqges.

We are looking for someone that installs fencing. We have the fence..typically we do ourselves. The person will need a postal digger. We will pay for installation.

Animals are amazingly empathetic and can adapt their behavior to provide comfort, protection, and companionship. Winston has claimed me as his person but every night since Jay has come home from the hospital, this is how he sleeps. He knows that jay needs him right now and its absolutely the most adorable thing ever. I just had to share.

I did get permission to post this, it is just absolutely adorable and i couldn't resist!
