Looking ahead to 2026:

A dog handler's New Year resolution:
Train hard, try new things, be adventurous.
Learn more, smile more, only cry happy tears.
Make memories worth sharing.
Realize trophies and ribbons are nice, but the true test of a dog and handler is the bond.
Spend more time training.
Thank the people who support me more.
Ignore the ones who don't.
Never let fear define me.
Keep the dog room cleaner and neater.
Realize how lucky lam to have two working legs to run with my dog.
Volunteer to help those who don't have that privilege.
Make new friendships, but get back in touch with old dog friends.
Take more hikes, long walks and time for reflection.
AND MAKE THE NEW YEAR ONE TO REMEMBER!
