This hands-on approach ensures minimal kenneling, although I do have provisions in place if necessary. As I continue to welcome new furry clients, please understand that building trust with each one can sometimes take a little extra time. While I always strive to adhere to appointment timings, occasional delays might happen. Rest assured, I will keep you informed and request your understanding in such cases. If there are changes in drop-off or pick-up timings exceeding 10 minutes, please let me know.
