Coopertown Veterinary Associates is looking to add two full-time licensed veterinary technicians to our team.

Duties include but are not limited to: blood draws and placing IV catheters, assisting in surgery, radiographs, and ultrasounds, restraining and assisting doctors in appointments, medication refills, client communication, etc.
We are a busy general practice with some urgent care tendencies, who sees any patient with fur or feathers.

Part time positions can be discussed. Rotating weekend kennel shifts required. Compensation dependent on experience

Each year, there is a week dedicated to celebrating veterinary assistants and their hard work, passion, and strength in this field.
Claire and Rachel have been at CVA for a little over 3 years, and you can tell. These girls know the ins and outs of this clinic like the back of their hand.
Their dedication to our patients, clients, and keeping our crazy in line is what keeps the clinic running smoothly day in and day out. Their incredible attention to detail and ability to adapt and conquer any situation thrown at them is just one of the many reasons we are so lucky to have them with us.
I for one, am proud to know these ladies, and lucky to work along side them every day.

Cooperstown Veterinary Associates is looking to add to our team! We are currently hiring part time for the following positions:
Licensed veterinary technician (licensing required)
Veterinary assistant- no license needed, experience preferred but not required. We will train the right fit!
Kennel assistant- primary responsibilities include various animal husbandry and kennel maintenance, cleaning and closing duties, stocking exam rooms etc.

Come one come all! If you’ve been to see us anytime since October, you’ve probably met our lovely new associate veterinarian Morgan Robinson. As an Otsego county local herself, Dr. Morgan is thrilled to be back in the Cooperstown area, and we are thrilled to have her.
On that note, we are also excited to be expanding our scope of practice. We have always seen cats and dogs, with the occasional small exotic, goat, or chicken. We will now be offering services to ANYTHING with fur or feathers that can be transported to the clinic. This includes but not limited to cats, dogs, rabbits, rodents, domestic birds, ducks, geese, chickens, goats/sheep, etc. At this time, we are not equipped to see reptiles, but please do not hesitate to reach out if you have one, we may still be able to help or point you somewhere that can. For your cows, horses, or any other farm animals, Dr. Morgan is available through Cherry Valley Vets

Hey yall just putting out feelers:
We currently use PetDesk for client communications, but have had a recent increase in people having issues seeing labs, or difficulty requesting appointments.
If we switched softwares to a system that allows you to do everything PetDesk does, PLUS would allow to book appointments all online without calling into the office, (that’s right, BOOK, not request!), would yall be down for that?
