A great evening of learning, networking, and collaboration in Jackson, Michigan!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent free JAVMA CE event featuring Dr. Fred Gromalak, who presented on the utility of ultrasound in veterinary medicine. Attendees enjoyed dinner, earned continuing education credit, and took part in valuable discussions focused on advancing patient care.

Another amazing week of hands-on learning at our May Ultrasound Training!

We had such a great group of veterinarians and technicians join us for three days of scanning, case discussion, and practical ultrasound education. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make it such a fun and engaging experience.

We had the opportunity to scan sweet Scout at COVE: Center of Veterinary Excellence after Sip & Purr Cat Cafe wanted to double check everything and make sure he was all set before heading to his forever home. 💜

Scout was one of the cats rescued from the streets of Beirut and brought to safety in the U.S. earlier this year. After spending so long waiting for his chance, he finally made the journey, and we’re so glad he did.

Following his rescue, Scout underwent surgery that left behind some scar tissue, giving him his now well-known snorty sound. To be absolutely sure nothing more was going on, their team went the extra mile with multiple vet visits and a CT scan with us.

Thankfully, imaging showed no underlying concerns, just a unique little quirk that makes Scout who he is.

We truly admire the work Sip & Purr does to give cats like Scout a second chance, and we’re grateful to have been part of his story. Wishing him a happy, cozy life in his new home. 🐾

April Training Recap 🐾

We put muscle memory to the test this session… our owner & CEO Fred Gromalak stepped in blindfolded and completed a full diagnostic AUS using only feel and repetition. And yes, he found everything, even the adrenals!

Technique like this doesn’t happen by chance, it’s built through hands-on training, repetition, and a consistent protocol.

Huge thank you to the amazing animals who helped make this session possible. DeeDee and Girly Pop are just two of the many that worked with us this week. 💜 All are adoptable through Humane Society of Jefferson County (WI), along with many other incredible animals looking for homes.
