Missing a few days doesn’t matter. Staying stopped does.
People have this weird tendency to turn a small setback into a reason to quit completely.
Miss a few workouts and suddenly the diet is over.
Have a bad month in business and start questioning the entire plan.
Fall behind on something you committed to and decide you’ve already screwed it up, so why bother?
I’ve done it too.
But perfection was never the requirement.
If you’re trying to build anything for years, you’re going to have periods where life gets busy, priorities shift, and you don’t execute exactly how you planned.
Who cares?
Get back to work.
The people who ultimately win aren’t necessarily the ones who never fall off. They’re the ones who don’t turn a temporary slowdown into a permanent stop.
You don’t need to start over. You just need to start again.
Build.
