The Green Thumbs: Planting, soil mixing, seed prep, and watering basics.
The Science: Light cycles, plant growth, and the superfood benefits of microgreens.
The Standards: Harvesting techniques and essential food safety.
The Business: Packaging, pricing, building a simple business plan, and making a genuine profit!

Our farmers and our families deserve better.
H.O.P.E. is actively working to lower food costs for families and train the next generation of Texas farmers.
We are standing up to protect our state's agricultural future.

The agency pointed to gazebos, massages, and a $20,000 budget for pens to justify the cuts. But the groups that lost funding say those claims don't add up.
