‼️Wedgewood Pharmacy Recall Notice‼️
We have been informed by Wedgewood Pharmacy that they have initiated a product recall for a variety of medications. This recall was initiated due to potency concerns. If you purchased any medication directly from Wedgewood you should have received a separate notification regarding the recall. If you have not received notification you can look up your medication at https://www.wedgewood.com/recall-lookup/.
If you have purchased a recalled product directly from Wedgewood you can complete a form electronically at www.wedgewoodrecall.expertinquiry.com.
After completing the form, you will receive confirmation with further instructions. If your pet is currently taking medication, and it cannot be provided by Wedgewood in a timely manner please contact VCA Conewago, so we can determine next steps. It may be possible to use an alternate medication, or source from another compounding pharmacy.
