Luna and Ruby have completed several group classes with us and both participated in our Curbing Adolescence program, helping their humans better understand and manage the challenges of the teenage dog brain.

📣 Important Reschedule, Cancellation/Refund Policy Updates 📣

As we head into the busy summer season, our trainers’ schedules for both private training and day training fill quickly. To ensure availability and fairness to all clients, please review our updated policies below:

Day Training Appointments:
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any day training appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of that scheduled training day. All Day Training schedule changes, or refund requests must be sent to [email protected] or 781-837-1510

Private Training Sessions:
For private training sessions, your trainer must be notified of any cancellation or reschedule request at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of that session. Once training services have begun, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

We’ve been having so much fun in Puppy Kindergarten that we forgot to post graduation photos! 🎓🐾

Here are some recent puppies who completed our Puppy Kindergarten group class focused on early socialization, confidence building, foundational learning, and helping puppies develop important life skills in a positive environment.

This class is offered as an open enrollment course on:

A huge congratulations to our recent graduates from Jackie’s Foundation Basics and Beyond the Basics group classes! 🎓🐾

We are so proud of the hard work, consistency, and progress each dog and handler team showed throughout these classes. From building strong foundations to advancing everyday skills, it has been amazing watching your confidence and teamwork grow week after week.

🌟 Ready to take your training out into the real world? Join us for a Social Outing!

Social Outings are guided, real-world training sessions held at new locations where you and your dog can practice skills in everyday environments with the support of a trainer.
Depending on the group, location, and level of distraction, teams may work on:
🐾 Name response
🐾 Leash walking
🐾 Sit & down stays
🐾 Engagement around distractions
🐾 Real-life problem solving

These outings are a fantastic way to build confidence, strengthen your dog’s skills outside the classroom, and get personalized coaching in real-life scenarios.

Congratulations to these newly graduated pups from Palestina's Introduction to Therapy Dog Skills course! These two classes worked HARD on perfecting leash walking around distractions, avoiding gobbling up yummy treats in front of them, and politely greeting new friends in all different ways!

We can't wait to see them for round two in our Advanced Therapy Dog Skills class!
