Shedding “season” for animals is not a direct result of our change in seasons. What starts their coat change is the shortening or lengthening of daylight hours. So your shedding breeds have had a little over two months to start on their “summer” coats. They probably look like my friend here and are ready to have their blown coats taken care of!

Axel and I are home after a big dog show weekend - and guess what?!?

I’ve ended up with an available appointment for 12pm this Tuesday 🎉 Last minute openings have been hard to come by lately so grab it quick!

UPDATE: the 12pm is gone, but I have room for one more small dog at 1pm!

(Also, the wild child earned his first 2 points towards his championship this weekend!)
