We would like to show our appreciation for someone who keeps our practice running smoothly in more ways than most people ever see — our AMAZING Hospital Manager, Dottie!

While you may often find her up front helping at reception, so much of her hard work happens behind the scenes. From scheduling and planning, to problem-solving, organizing, supporting staff and making sure our team has everything we need to care for your pets — she is truly the backbone of our hospital.

Her dedication, leadership, and compassion make a difference every single day. We are all incredibly grateful for everything she does for our team, our clients, and our patients.

Finishing out our Veterinary Technician Week Spotlights, today we’re celebrating Keirstan! 💚 (featuring her dog, Lucy)

Keirstan has been with Aloha Animal Hospital since 2020.

When asked what she loves most about being a veterinary technician, Keirstan told us: “There are many, many things I love about my job. My favorite role within the many roles a technician has, is monitoring anesthesia for surgeries. What I love most about being a veterinary technician is being able to build relationships with our patients and their families.”

When not at work, Keirstan enjoys being with family and spending time with her many fur babies. She said she also enjoys baking as a hobby. 🧁

We’re so thankful for Keirstan and the compassion she shows our patients every single day. Help us give her a big round of applause (and maybe some virtual treats)! 🐶🐱💜

Meet Juli! One of the incredible technicians who help make Aloha Animal Hospital such a special place. 🌺 (Featuring her boy, Hank)

Juli has been in veterinary medicine for 33 years! Juli’s passion for this field shines through in her work every day.

Juli said her favorite things about her job include mentoring new graduates, constantly learning new things in the field, and having such a great team of co-workers!

Outside the hospital, you’ll likely find Juli gardening or hiking in new parts of the country! 🌷🥾
