✨ Cancellation Policy Reminder✨

We kindly ask that you give us up to 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When we don’t receive enough notice, it can be very difficult to fill that spot, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment may apply.

That being said—we completely understand that emergencies happen! ❤️ We’re human too, and we know that sometimes life happens and things come up that are completely out of your control. We will always use our best judgment and understanding when those situations happen.

🐶 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY
• 1st no-call/no-show: 50% of the appointment cost
• 2nd no-call/no-show and every occurrence after: 100% of the appointment cost for each dog scheduled

We know life doesn’t always go according to plan, and we’re never looking to make anyone feel bad when something unexpected happens. ❤️ We just ask that when you can, please give us a heads-up. That little bit of communication means a lot to us and gives us a chance to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting for a spot.

This is also in the agreement that I have everyone sign when you first book an appointment! We know that not everybody has a Facebook, or follows online!
