Vulcan went out for a hike and ice cream with volunteers. We were told he did great and that he loved meeting new people and exploring! The dogs love getting out of the shelter and their personalities really get to bloom!

Hi my name is Macaroni! Im almost 4 months old. Im a sweet girl who is currently in a foster home! I love to play! Im comfortable with other cats, small dogs, and kids. I am also a orange girl, which apparently makes a rare! I love to play is plastic and of course eat! I have always been bigger than my siblings! Atlas is such a handsome man! He is a dutch shepherd/lab mix who is a little over 4 1/2 years old. He loves running around in the yard and getting belly rubs from staff/volunteers. We hate that this boy has found himself back at the shelter as an adult and home we can get him back in a home soon ❤️

Duke's ideal date would be a nice walk, a pup cup, then spending the rest of the day cuddling on the couch ❤️ except here, he doesn't have a couch to cuddle on. Nor a family to cuddle with. Staff and volunteers do their best to show him he is loved, but he deserves the best of the best, and that means a home. He is everything friendly and hoping for an app to come in for him 🙏

Hi my name is Chili Pepper! Im a sweet dude but I do make you earn my trust. I love other cats, food, and my exercise wheel. I will take time to warm up but my humans at the shelter have seen a sweet side to me. I would prefer a quite slow moving home. I tend to get scared easily. I love small spaces and will hide. Kelis went on a shelter break with a volunteer to play some frisbee golf and enjoy some ice cream!

Kelis was originally picked up as a stray and was not reclaimed. After spending some time at PCAPS she transferred to us. It's clear this girl has lived in a home before, as she was very comfortable going into an apartment and made herself right at home (wonderful manners and no accidents!). She walked great on leash, rode amazing in the car, and demonstrated her knowledge of basic commands. Kelis showed herself as calm, independent but affectionate, sometimes talkative (she finished her ice cream before the humans and communicated that didnt seem fair 😆) and truly an all around amazing girl!
