🐾 A little business update 🐾

Apparently, my body and I are no longer on speaking terms, It’s got demands, I’ve got bills, and neither of us is particularly impressed 🤣

🐾 Scheduling: I’ll be taking an additional day or two off during the week when needed, please reach out a couple of weeks before your pups are due, as availability will be more limited

🐾 Weekends: From next week, I’ll be offline both Saturdays and Sundays, previously scheduled Saturday appointments will still go ahead, with all other messages answered Monday

🐾 I am no longer taking new clients for the foreseeable future, aside from referrals already arranged this week

Don’t worry, I’m not abandoning your four-legged troublemakers, just trying to make sure their groomer doesn’t need putting in a crate for enforced rest 🥲

Apparently life decided I was getting a little too comfortable and needed knocking down a peg or two.. 🤦🏼‍♀️
My health has had a pretty big flare-up this past week, so I’m finally admitting defeat and taking Monday & Tuesday to rest, reset and hopefully get myself back to functioning like a normal human again

I’ll be signing out of here now and returning Wednesday morning

Huge apologies for the painfully slow replies lately, especially if you’ve messaged over the last couple of days and are still waiting, I haven’t forgotten you, I just need a minute to get myself back together!

Sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you all for being so patient with me as always
I’ll be back Wednesday, hopefully slightly less held together by caffeine, sarcasm and sheer stubbornness 😂

after a couple awkward doorstep convo’s, thought I’d put this out there
I’ve had a few appointments last 2 days where I’ve arrived and been turned away because of my visible tattoo

I completely understand that tattoos aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s absolutely your choice which I respect, but if they’re a dealbreaker for you, I’d really appreciate a quick message before your appointment rather than me driving over to you and wasting my time, fuel, and wear and tear on my car

I’ve always had tattoos, they were just hidden under my clothing, the only thing that’s changed is that you can see this one, they don’t change how I care for your dogs, and I promise they haven’t suddenly given me the urge to groom with a pirate hook 😅

For full transparency, I’ve already got more tattoo appointments lined up, so this collection is only growing, please message me if you no longer wish me to be your groomer
As always, thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business and trusts me with your pups
