So as most (some?) of you guys know, I am in kidney failure/on dialysis and have been for approx 3 years this go round. I finally started working up with VCU to get on the “list” as it is a bigger program and more willing to work with my high antibody count 🙂
After all of the testing and visits and driving to Richmond, I received the news last week that I am officially approved medically to be listed!

This is very exciting for me 🙂 but I also wanted to tell everyone as if I receive my “call” I will have to cancel indefinitely (I will be out 2-3 months). I hope one day soon to be able to have a slightly more normal schedule without the “second job” of dialysis!

I am going to post the information for living donors on here when I receive it just for better reach.

Here is my quarterly facebook post, haha! Things have been crazy. As some of you know- I have renal disease and have been hoping to work up for a kidney transplant. I finally am in that process, which is great! But it is also a lot of testing and moving around days and driving to richmond (VCU is the best!). So I apologize for any appointments I need to move or my slow response times.
I appreciate each and every one of you! And your happy babies . 💕

Happy Howloween! (a day early)
Just wanted to make a quick post. If you are a government employee, military, etc being effected by the shut down monetarily, I am more then willing to work with you or send an invoice that has extra time for payment. I totally get it. 💗

Something to look at during nail trims today!

With the Seafood Fest happening this weekend, we thought we'd offer all items seafood related in anyway on sale at 10% off! That's food/treats with seafood ingredients, fish/crab toys, etc.

Here is some happy pups from the past few months! Some may be repeats. I try to remember to take nice pictures but I’m good at a lot of things, remembering to take pictures isn’t one of them! lol.

Hey! First off, look at how stinking cute Lily is. Lily used to be literally bald and the other day I was able to do her whole trim with only scissors. I love her so much.

With 4th of July quickly approaching (24 days away), make sure to take the extra few minutes of your time to ensure your pets stay safe this holiday!

Call your vet TODAY if you feel your pet will require medication for the holiday.

Check your fencing and gates to ensure all is secure.

Update your pets microchip information if needed.
Keep your pet inside as much as possible and take them out on a leash if necessary.

Have them wear a collar with your information in case they do get away from you!

Know your local resources to find your pets if they get away from you!
