We challenged ourselves this season to step outside of our comfort zones, and these girls worked so incredibly hard! 🌟
There were so many lessons learned today and we are already setting plans for the next challenge. We have so many more photos and videos to share tomorrow after quite a long day, but I wanted to take a moment tonight to say a massive thank you to:
🐴 Our amazing horses for giving us their all.
🤍 The parents for their endless support.
✨ George and Jane for being such a vital part of this journey.
We couldn’t do it without our incredible village! 💕💕

Many riders spend years searching for the right horse, the right saddle, the right bit, or the right exercise. Yet the greatest influence on the horse's future is often the rider's willingness to continue learning.

Most of us will only have a handful of equine partners throughout our lives. That doesn't limit our opportunity to grow. In many ways, it makes each horse an even more important teacher.

When we approach our training with curiosity instead of certainty, we become better students of the horse. And the more we understand the horse standing in front of us, the better equipped we are to help them become the best version of themselves.

Sometimes you just have to break it down to build it up!
Learning how to move the shoulders and the haunches as two separate pieces is a total game-changer. It’s like finding the steering and the engine in different places—once you can control them independently, everything from tight turns to straight lines starts to feel a lot more like a partnership and a little less like a wrestling match.
Progress isn’t always about the perfect jump; sometimes it’s about those small, wiggly adjustments that make the big stuff possible! ✨🐴
