▪️Pet owners do NOT need to provide proof of hardship. You do NOT need to be a resident of Tioga County, NY, to participate in our low-cost clinic at Stray Haven.

▪️𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. We’re unable to accept walk-ins or last-minute substitutions.

▪️If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with proper notice are eligible for a refund and can be rescheduled for a later date. Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

▪️Payments can be made in person or by phone.

▪️A $10 Tech/Assistant Fee will be added to all Tech/Assistant Appointments.

We've got our first batch of rabies vaccination clinics scheduled for the 2026 season!

Mark your calendars and check to make sure your pets are up to date on their rabies vaccines.

Please bring your pets on leashes or in cages. The clinics are free, but a $5 donation per pet helps us cover clinic costs.

A short message to our loyal clients from our office manager:

Hi folks, please be patient with everyone at Smith Veterinary Servie right now and during the next upcoming months. I was recently diagnosed with cancer unexpectedly which has left all of the staff at our clinic with added stress and duties while I am receiving treatment. Be kind to them and try to understand that we are a small office with limited staff - and they are all doing their best to call everyone back and schedule care for your pets. Give us some grace while we navigate changes, these people are my family not just coworkers. 🖤🐾
