Good Morning Everyone!
We are asking for your support! We would like to bring a riding club to the town of Hammon, OK! We have petitioned the city of Hammon to assume management and liability of the rodeo grounds and arena. Our request was tabled during the most recent meeting, to give the city attorney time to explore a lease agreement and the details. There is no guarantee that we will be granted management and liability. Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, at 9am.
Our group has a few decades of experience in managing playday groups and the events associated with this sport. We have the physical support of the group's members, as well as a few companies who have said they are willing to pitch in! What I am asking for is a letter of support.
