IT'S FALL, Y'ALL!! ๐Ÿ๐ŸคŽ
Have you seen all these beautiful colors? The reds, oranges, and yellows make the world look extra special! ๐Ÿ‚

The air is getting cooler, the leaves are changing, and guess what? My winter coat will be coming in soon! Fluffy Friday is on her way! ๐Ÿต๏ธ

There's something magical about this time of year. Nature reminds us that change can be beautiful, too. ๐Ÿ Sometimes we just need to slow down, take in the colors around us, and enjoy the season we're in.

So, tell me... what's your favorite thing about fall? The colorful leaves, cozy sweaters, pumpkin everything, or watching nature get ready for a new season? ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿงก

Love, Friday ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿด๐Ÿงก

Harvest Full Moon with Monty
Gratitude, Surrender & Connection โœจ๐ŸŒ•

There was something truly special about gathering beneath the Harvest Full Moon with Monty. ๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿด๐ŸŒ•

We slowed down, breathed deeper, connected with ourselves and one another, and created space to simply Be Present.

The Harvest Moon invites us to pause and reflect on what we have grown, what we are grateful for, and what we are ready to release.

Together, we explored gratitude, surrender, presence, and connection โ€” letting go of what no longer serves us and making room for what is ready to grow.

Monty was right there with us, quietly reminding us that sometimes there is nothing to fix, nothing to force, and nowhere else we need to be.

Be Present. Breathe. Feel. Connect. ๐Ÿ’š

Each person brought their own story, their own energy, and their own intention. Together, we created a beautiful space to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect.

I am so grateful to have shared this space with all of you. ๐Ÿค๐ŸŒ•๐Ÿด
Thank you for showing up, opening your hearts, and allowing Monty and I to be a part of your journey.

๐ŸŒ• Grounded. Present. Real.

Back to School. Back to Work. Back to YOU.

The herd is ready for a new seasonโ€”and, of course, they had to get their back-to-school and back-to-work pictures taken!

Friday, Phoenix, Monty & Thor are here to remind us that while we get back to our routines, itโ€™s important to make time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Friday Feels โ˜˜๏ธ๐Ÿด

Today, Iโ€™m practicing the Power of the Pause.

Iโ€™m standing in the grass, taking my time, and noticing all the beautiful things around me.

๐ŸŒฟ Fresh grass to graze on.
๐Ÿ’™ A beautiful blue sky above me.
๐ŸŒพ A gentle breeze blowing through my mane.

Nothing to rush. Nothing to fix. Just being hereโ€ฆ enjoying this moment.

Sometimes, when we pause long enough to notice, we realize there is so much beauty right where we are.๐ŸŒฑ

Take a breath... Look around...
Notice one thing youโ€™re grateful for.

And if youโ€™d like to experience the power of the pause with a horse, Iโ€™d love to connect with you. ๐Ÿด

A quiet moment of nostril breathing in the pasture with Montyโ€ฆ then Phoenix gently choosing to join in.

Both with their eyes softly closed, heads lowered, simply breathing together with me.

No words.
No expectations.
Just breath, connection, and two beautiful horses choosing to be part of the moment.

Horses remind us that slowing down is enough. ๐Ÿ’™
