‼️ Cancellation Policy ‼️
I have put this off trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I am implementing a cancellation policy due to a lot of last minute cancellations.
‼️All appointments receive a reminder text 24 hours in advance‼️
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
💵 Late Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-shows will require 50% of the groom cost to be paid prior to rescheduling.
🚫 Repeat Cancellations
-Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% non-refundable deposit required for all future bookings.
⏰ Late Arrivals
-Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule.
