Grooming Etiquette & Pricing Update
I want to personally thank you for your continued business and being a supportive client. To maintain the high standards of quality and service you expect, we will be adjusting our pricing for Pet Grooming. Effective January 2027
This adjustment allows us to absorb rising operating costs while continuing to provide you with the best possible experience. We highly value our working relationship. Please feel free to reach out at 716-312-0300 if you have any questions or concerns about this update.

New Clients
Vaccination records should be sent over before your first grooming appointment
This allows us to create your portfolio and update any records that may not be up to date. All dogs should be current on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccinations, unless exempt per DVM. Cats should be up to date on feline distemper and rabies vaccinations, unless exempt per DVM. All puppies and kittens should have their first two rounds of vaccinations.
New clients that have not provided confirmation, or proof of vaccination prior to their first appointment will result in cancellation.

Appointment Etiquette
Appointment times are intentional; the day is scheduled to run smoothly with each pet given time for individualized care. When appointment times are not respected it negatively impacts pets and employees. We understand that things come up last minute, please notify us if you are running late or unable to keep your appointment.
Tardiness of 15 minutes or more may result in appointment cancelation
All pets are expected to be picked up within 30 minutes of completion time *unless otherwise discussed
Repeat tardiness, no shows, and last minute cancellations will not be tolerated

Humanity before Vanity
Pets with moderate to severe matting should be expected to be shaved / short

Pricing Scale
Baths intended for short/medium coats
Includes bath, blow-dry, brushout, nails cut & dremeled, ears cleaned (plucked if applicable), bandana / bows & cologne (optional)
Small 45min - 1hr / $60 + chihuahua, daschund
Medium 1hr / $70 + beagle, boxer, shiba
Large 1.5hr / $80 + labrador, greyhound, great dane
Haircuts
Includes bath, blow-dry, brushout, haircut, nails cut & dremeled, ears cleaned (plucked if applicable), bandana/bows & cologne (optional)
Small 1 - 1.5hr / $75 + shih tzu, maltese, yorkie, LH daschund
Medium 1.5 - 2hr / $90 + mini doodle, cockapoo, bichon
Large 2 - 2.5hr / $120 + golden retriever, springer, standard sz. doodles, collies, samoyed
Extra Large 2.5-3 hr / $180+ newfies, st. bernards, pyrenees
Feline Grooming
1-1.5 hr appt
Pricing: brushout with sanitary trim & nail trim starts at $60, any form of hair cut / bath starts at $90, price will depend on what we are able to complete. (No regular feline grooming should exceed $150)

These prices are based on pets that are groomed every 8 weeks or less
