Celebrating National Veterinary Technician Week!
This week, Hallsville Veterinary Clinic is excited to recognize and celebrate Wes!
Wes has been part of our team for almost a year, and we couldn’t be happier to have him! He is caring, reliable, always eager to learn, and has been a fantastic addition to our close-knit clinic family. His willingness to grow, learn, and lend a helping hand makes him a wonderful part of our team!
Wes is currently a senior at the University of Missouri (Mizzou), studying Animal Science and working toward his future in animal care. His passion for veterinary medicine shines through in the way he approaches his work, and what he loves most about being a veterinary technician is getting to care for and dote on each of his patients! We love seeing the special attention and affection he gives every furry friend who comes through our doors.
When Wes isn’t studying or working at the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend of four years and hanging out with his own furry family: his two cats, Bobbie and Jo, and his dog, Ron! Wes calls Kirksville, Missouri, home, and we’re so glad his journey has brought him to Hallsville Veterinary Clinic!
Wes, thank you for your hard work, your caring heart, and your enthusiasm for learning. We’re excited to watch you continue to grow in the veterinary field, and we’re proud to have you on our team!

This week, Hallsville Veterinary is proud to recognize & celebrate Erica for her outstanding dedication and service as a veterinary technician!

Not only is she a wonderful tech but also is now our clinic manager! Her hard work, reliability, compassion, and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team. She truly loves her clients and their fur family members, treating each one with kindness and care.

When she’s not caring for animals or spending precious time with her family and her own 2dogs & 3cats, you can find Erica at the gym, training hard and preparing for her next competition as an NPC bodybuilder! Her determination, discipline, and strong work ethic shine through in everything she does. Erica ,thank you for the 4 years at Hallsville Veterinary of loyalty, teamwork, compassion, and countless ways you make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
