It's been a little while since we updated this page! Our local fair, The Gratz Fair, was last week! Our Silver Marten Jr. Doe won 2nd RIS!

Ally is unfortunately in recovery from surgery after breaking her left wrist the end of August, but will be back to judging in no time! We are looking forward to attending ARBA Convention in Reno in a few weeks! We are unsure if we are showing just yet, but if we do, all of our entries will be available for sale. Stay tuned!

As we look forward to 2027, Ally has donated her judging services to help support PA youth attend ARBA convention in Reno this year! Below is the link to bid! Please make sure to reach out to Ally directly for availability.

We hope that all of our friends have a successful fall show season! 🍁🐰

Happy Friday!

It's been a few weeks since we updated this page!

Ally has been traveling to judge shows (and enjoying every minute of it!). She also showed a few Silver Martens, and pictured is a Blue Jr. Buck who has had a successful few shows he has attended! He has one more show then gets to take a much-needed break!

Ally and Carl have also been busy around the farm with their lambs, including some adorable Valais Blacknose Sheep! If you are interested in learning about this beautiful breed, head over and like HSE Valais Blacknose Sheep !

In the next few weeks, there may be some young Silver Martens, and a few brood does looking for homes! Stay tuned!

Over the weekend, Ally's dream of becoming an ARBA Judge became a reality, as she judged her first official show as judge #1076! Huge thank you to The Greater Pittsburgh RBA for the opportunity! Also thank you to the exhibitors for being so kind and welcoming, and making this first judging experience one to remember!

She even had the honor of picking a Best in Show for Open show B. A New Zealand buck was selected for Reserve in Show, and a Standard Chinchilla for Best in Show!

Looking forward to the next three judging assignments in May, followed by county fair season picking up! 🐰

I'm so excited to share that I am ARBA judge #1076! 🐰

As a young 4-Her starting out with her first rabbit project dreaming of the day that I would have the privilege of evaluating rabbits to help fellow breeders, to being behind the show table with the esteemed honor of being a licensed judge, I feel so blessed! I am so ready for what this license has in store for me in the years ahead! 🫶

I want to thank everyone that has believed in me and has pushed me to finally build up the courage to continue on this process, and I want to send a HUGE thank you to my 8 incredible judges' assists: Misty Polasik , Donald Sheets , Cole Rupprecht , Johnny Haussener , Matt Bishop , Kendal Bledsoe , Bryan Shirk , and Paul Kyle, as well as our district director Mary Ellen Stamets for her continuous support! The knowledge I have gained ever since my first assist at the PA Farm Show, has meant the world to me, and I am truly thankful!

I'm looking forward to my first judging assignment in a few weeks! And hopefully a few more after that! 🥰

If you are interested in having me judge your show or fair, feel free to email me at [email protected]. and if it helps, I fly out of HIA ✈️. 😊
