Aoife wasn't feeling well so her family took her to see Mountain View Animal Emergency. As you can see in the radiograph there is an object that doesn't belong. Aoife was transferred to the surgical department for an abdominal exploration. This adorable pup has recovered completely after a large round stone was removed from her intestine, which was causing a blockage.

Forever loved dear Goose!

One of our doctors recently had to say goodbye to their beloved dog Goose, after 15.5 years. Goose lived quite a full life, with so much love, traveling and many other adventures with his big and little humans. In honor of Goose, his family is offering a donation match for MVAE Paws For a Cause. Each donation received from July 4th until August 4th in remembrance/honor of Goose will be matched dollar for dollar up to $3000. To honor their precious boy, the family invites you as well to support a growing cause & need. Paws for A Cause PIERCING Fundraiser w/Olde Line Tattoo

Join us this Thursday August 6th from 11am-7pm with our friends at for a fundraiser to help animals & owners in need.

First come first serve on a walk in basis!

Piercings will have 100% ($70-$85 depending on piercing) of the funds donated to the cause. There ARE some stipulations however! Olde Lines goal is to do as many piercings as possible. In order to do that, but also raise the most money they have to keep it basic on Thursday!

MINORS require a parent or guardian with appropriate documentation (birth certificate or court documents, drivers license or photo ID (passport, ID, school ID).
