Life has been busy with a Corporate career taking extreme flight, our girls 🥎, and keeping up with the horses. I cannot wait to get more hours in the saddles to work on Maybelle’s continued progress and getting my own mares in shape to continue toward our goals.

Today was a typical day of:
- coffee
- shower
-Drive to work to start my corporate job by 7:00
- Work the day away till 4ish
- Off to the barn to feed the horses and apply some fly spray
- eat on the run to 🥎 and here we are trying to wind down to do it all again tomorrow 😅

I am beyond busy but blessed because my family is safe and healthy, the horses are safe and healthy and my corporate career is reaching new exciting heights.

I am determined to push through how life is going now as it won’t always be this way. One day we will have our own Ranch and I can spend all day in the barn if I wanted. My husband will know where to find me and he can even come out and join me with the future donkey he wants.

We didn’t take pictures or video today. Maybelle did great with her walk, trot, and loping today. Worked on some fence work to help with finding a feel for speed transitions.

Maybelle had a pedicure and rode on the trails this morning! 😁We’re making progress with this three year old.

A thunderstorm rolled through last night and god painted the sky. I don’t need a beach somewhere…just this!

3rd Ride in the bridle for Mabel and 6th ride under saddle with me after building a foundation in groundwork. We’re still building her skills each day.

Husbands first time ever on a horse while he was helping clear some trails. Now we’ll have to get him some proper riding gear and have him take Myra for a trail ride😁.
