Just had to share the update I just got on Annie(Masha x Taco). This is my why! Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my puppies literally change the lives of their people.
Here is the latest update on this incredible dog.
“Annie began alerting me to medical episodes that were a bit abnormal to what I usually have. It confused me for a while, that she was alerting differently. I noticed after each alert something would happen after I laid down. I’d start “zoning out” and later found out I was twitching. It was only once she walked away that I would zone “back in.” I took my concerns to my doctor. It turns out I had been misdiagnosed for the past 7 years! Annie was alerting me to seizures. They were getting worse and she noticed and made sure I was noticing. Annie goes almost everywhere now with me except to work (I work at a hospital.) She alerts me and I immediately sit or lay down. My husband has a saying now, “Listen to that dog.” She is a great dog, a great service dog. And she’s my best friend. 🙂”

Tomorrow starts go homes for these precious babies! We still have 2 boys(green bow tie and red bow tie) looking for their forever families. This has been such a fun litter. My last time watching Darby be a mom and what a wonderful mom she has been. 💗

And then there was one! Duke is Daisy’s last remaining baby. He is my happy go lucky, outgoing, and loving boy. He is the one that has cracked me up with his goofy side and playful antics. Today we played outside a little longer with the rain coming in this weekend. I know Duke’s perfect family is out there somewhere and maybe just hasn’t seen him yet. He would love a family that wants to include him in the fun, will take him on adventures or walks, and who will love him forever. I am available on Saturday if you would like to come and meet him just reach out and we can get you scheduled to come.

Deposit holders for Darby’s litter have chosen and these 2 precious boys are the 2 remaining. They are both incredibly sweet. Expected to be 13-20lbs and will have straight to wavy coats. They will be 8 weeks old and ready to go home on Saturday! This will be our last micro minis ready to go home before the end of the year.

Some in motion pictures of these precious babies from a few days ago before the dreary couple of days we have had. Deanne and Duke both love their outdoor playtime. Have you been eyeing one them? I am doing a special 💲on them if they go home by this weekend. Planning can be so hard when your life revolves around heat cycles, births, and go homes. On paper this weekend was planned as go home for Darby’s puppies and then I would have a few weeks of no puppies in the house to catch up on projects, go on some trips, and spend time with my family. I didn’t expect that I would still have any of Daisy’s babies at my house when planning those few weeks in between litters because they are such good babies. So I have decided to do a special to hopefully help them find their perfect family. If you have any questions about them just let me know!

I don’t get sick very often so when I do it usually knocks me on my butt for a couple days. As someone who is always on the move I hate not feeling up to doing anything more than the necessary chores. But one thing for sure is I have the best snuggle buddies to keep me company

7 weeks old today! These babies are pure sweetness. Happy tails, kisses ready to be given, the softest coats, and the cutest faces! Time has absolutely flown by with them. This is Darby’s retirement litter and what an amazing mom she has been. I am excited to be holding back one of the girls to continue her lines. Temperament testing on Monday, Structural evaluations on Wednesday, then picking begins, and go homes are next weekend! There are two spots left! Snag your spot before all of them are gone.

Florence gets a post all to herself today! As the only one in the litter my first deposit holder for Josie’s litter was hoping for a caramel female and then only one puppy was born exactly what they were hoping for. Then began the 7 week wait for temperament testing to make sure that her temperament was going to be a good match for them. Today that long wait proved to be worth it. Sweet Florence is going to be so very loved and was truly meant to be.

Today’s activity for Josie and Darby’s puppies was playing with Josie’s guardians granddaughter. Watching kids and dog interact is so precious. The puppies followed her all around, were curious, and wanted to be involved in her playtime which included playing in a water trough. 🤣
