Needville area: PLEASE let me know if you see a missing dog post for a blue merle Aussie (Australian Shepherd). It is deceased about 5 minutes from us, but I want to find the owners to reunite the dog for closure.

I scanned it for a microchip multiple times and cannot find one anywhere. It has a red collar with no tags. He/she has been moved from the roadway. It has a beautiful, recently groomed coat.

I’ve had lots of owners ask about our hiking and adventure pack walks on the trails, and I love taking the pups out! These photos show dogs enjoying the trails both on and off leash. 😁

For everyone’s safety, dogs need a reliable, well-practiced recall to join off leash. I occasionally make an exception for a dog to come on a long line or leashed, but that needs to be planned ahead. Managing several dogs on 15-foot-plus lines can be tricky, so I rarely offer that option.

If your pup is still working on recall, I offer off-leash training to help build those skills. And if your dog is already proven and reliable off leash, they’re welcome to come along!
