Comparison is a trap. But here is the thing they don’t tell you.

The grass isn’t greener on the other side. It’s greener where someone is actually standing in it, adding value just by showing up. Every space changes when a person walks in with presence, with care, with the quiet confidence that they belong there. That’s not luck. That’s the math of being fully alive.

No one prepares you…

There's a certain shift that happens when you become a gardener. Your idea of a good time changes. A great Saturday isn't about going out. It's about a delivery truck backing into your driveway and a mountain of soil being dumped where your lawn used to be. You find yourself marveling at the texture, the color, the potential. And you realize you've never been happier.

I’m Belinda, owner of The Wildflower Cottage, a native female owned regenerative flower farm right here in Oklahoma. This farm started as healing for me and my two special needs children, and grew into a mission to share that joy with all of you.

But here’s the truth. Our soil needs help. Compaction, poor drainage, low organic matter. All of it is hurting our ability to grow blooms and serve our community.
