It takes a team to win.

That’s a lesson that took me a LONG time to learn. I’ve always been a very independent person and prefer to do things my own way with my horses. But you will not meet one person at the top that had absolutely NO ONE in their corner on the way there. Yes, there will be battles that have to be fought alone. BUT there will also be battles that require a small army to win. Learn to accept the help when people are genuinely willing to give it out of kindness. Keep the ones who want to see you win very close, they’ll be there when the horses need water.❤️

Juno🍊

This little mare is super athletic and isn’t lacking any work ethic. She spent the last year with a roping trainer, after finally flunking out due to being extremely difficult in the box, she is back in Guthrie.
This sweet girl is very anxious and is always waiting for something to jump out and get her. Regardless of what I’m asking, she is ready to abandon ship at any moment😂 So my plan as of now is lots, and lots, and LOTS of ground work before every ride. Showing her that I am not planning on eating her nor are things like pool noodles🤦🏽‍♀️
Just in the few rides I’ve put on her she has learned to relax on the ground, still battling getting her to relax under saddle but slowly we are making progress. Once we accomplish that the possibilities are endless for this sweet girl.❤️

Fancy 25 days post surgery.

To say I’m proud of how she’s looking is an understatement. I can’t ride her yet but just with the long trotting in the Equi-siser she’s looking SO much better and healthier. Her mood has raised so much!! You can tell she feels better inside as well. My heart horse is on her way back. She still gets really jealous watching me work her little sister, but she’s coming back and is already mentally ready to fire.🤗😂

Another proud night. Dash For Easy Money takes home her second check at her 4th race to enter. This mare is starting to really work for me and I couldn’t be more excited to see what we accomplish together this summer.

This mare is bred by Bedonna's Stallion Station I will always highly recommend her program! So excited to get my second filly from her this July!

But to me this shows my years of long days, hard work, sweat, tears, patience and dedication toward horses and learning everything I can about them and how to communicate with them. Today I managed to halter a barely touched mustang. Not breaking her spirit, but letting her spirit run through me.

In July of 2021 we will be officially welcoming this new adorable filly into our family! She doesn’t have a name yet and suggestions are very welcome and appreciated! This sweet girl is related to my 5yr mare, DASH FOR EASY MONEY aka Denali, who I love dearly. To say I’m ecstatic is an understatement. I’m thrilled to see what our future holds together.

Denali along with this Filly were both bred by Bedonna's Stallion Station. I love my first baby from her so much that I had to go back and get another!
