A letter from your Hospital Manager:
The last few months have been rough, to say the least. 😅
As we transition our hospital into a new digital charting system, I’ve found myself wearing about a million different hats. A huge part of this transition has fallen on me behind the scenes—building the system, setting everything up, integrating it into our hospital’s existing workflow, troubleshooting, learning, changing, fixing, and then changing it all again. 😂
There have been a lot of long days, late nights, overwhelming moments, and times when I’ve honestly wondered how I was going to get everything done. It’s been exciting to see the progress, but it has also been insanely stressful, incredibly busy, and completely overwhelming at times.
And through all of that, I’ve had a team that has continued to show up and keep this hospital moving.
They surprised me with this beautiful gift, signed by the whole team, and it honestly meant more to me than they probably realize. ❤️
I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who has continued to be part of the day-to-day flow of the hospital while we navigate such a huge change. Thank you for being patient when things have been frustrating, for learning alongside me, for adapting to new processes, for helping wherever you’re needed, and most importantly, for continuing to care for our patients and clients through all of the chaos.
This transition may have my fingerprints all over the administrative side of it, but I couldn’t do it without the people beside me. A hospital is so much more than its systems and technology—it’s the people who show up every day and keep everything running.
So, to my staff: thank you. Thank you for your hard work, your patience, your flexibility, your dedication, and for this incredibly thoughtful reminder that I’m not doing this alone. 🥹🩵
We still have plenty of work ahead of us, but I’m so proud of what we’re building together. And I’m even more grateful for the team I get to build it with. 🐾🧡
Thank you for everything you do. I appreciate you more than you know,
🩷 Tiare
