On Thursday afternoon I was delighted to help another wonderful couple train their 5-year-old Blue Heeler mix named Roman, who was being bombastic for the young couple due to the fact that he pulled terribly on walks on the leash, jumped on everyone as well as furniture given the opportunity, had no idea how to sit or stay in place, and was actively aggressive toward other dogs, causing concern for the couple when they took their nightly walks in the neighborhood. Now my owners have the tools and knowledge necessary to control this sharp-looking fella. Roman is walking smoothly on the leash that's shown in the photos below, sitting and staying in place, and returning nicely when calmed. He isn't jumping on anyone or anything unless permitted. His aggression has been curtailed regarding other dogs on walks for much more peaceful journeys. All training was accomplished without using food or treats for motivation.

On Wednesday evening, I was delighted to assist a wonderful couple who are newlyweds as of last month in training their 1-year-old golden retriever mix named Hazel, who had very few manners when greeting guests, interacting with people, walking on a leash, sitting or staying in place, or at a distance and returning when called. Now my happy couple, where Dad's a first responder and his bride is a manager of a local restaurant, have the tools and knowledge to control this wonderful girl. Hazel is walking smoothly on the leash, as shown in the photos below, sitting and staying in place at a distance with distractions, no longer jumping on anyone or anything unless permitted. All training was completed without the use of food or treats for motivation, and my couple knows that if they have any questions in the future, I am only a phone call away.

On Monday afternoon I was proud to help a fellow veteran of the British Army who met and married her husband, who retired as a U.S. Air Force technical sergeant, while she was serving as a soldier in the same unit in the seventies. Unfortunately, her husband passed away this past January, and he was the primary caregiver for an 8-year-old pit bull named Lelu, who had been causing my owner difficulties related to walking on the leash, not jumping on friends, staying in place—especially when the door was open for delivery drivers or when receiving packages; and being a little wild in the house. Now Lelu knows she has a new boss, meaning Mom, so Lelu is walking smartly on the leash without pulling, sitting and staying in place, keeping a distance from distractions, no longer jumping on anyone or anything unless permitted, and staying in place, plus being very calm inside the home for an enjoyable evening. All training was completed without the use of food or treats for motivation.

On Monday afternoon, I was delighted to help a retired school teacher from Indiana who relocated to the Gulf Coast for better weather and an easier lifestyle, training her 6-year-old border collie named Indy—aptly named after her home state—to be better behaved when friends and guests arrived to enjoy her amazing baking skills. Indy was still known to pull on the leash while walking and jumped on friends when it was inappropriate. Indy knew how to stay at a distance, but her ability to return to her owner when called was sometimes questionable. Now my owner has tools, and it is not as necessary to control this wonderful girl, and she is walking smoothly on the leash, sitting and staying in place, as well as at long distances and returning nicely when called with the proper encouragement, and she knows jumping is no longer allowed unless permitted. All training was completed without the use of food or treats for motivation, and my owner knows that if there are any questions in the future regarding Indy, I am only a phone call away.

On Saturday morning, I had the pleasure of assisting another wonderful family from Vancleave, Mississippi, and drove to my location to train their 8-month-old border collie named Indy. Indy was extremely friendly towards strangers, but when it involved other animals, such as dogs and cats, the situation was quite different. She exhibited aggression when they got too close, snapping and lunging, which is particularly concerning when family members bring their dogs to visit, potentially leading to a conflict at home. Indy was also somewhat difficult to walk on a leash; even though she lives on a farm and has free range, there are times when she needs to be restrained. She also didn't know how to sit or stay in place or at a distance, and recall back to the owners was sometimes questionable. Now my owners have the tools and knowledge to control this wonderful dog; she's walking smoothly on the leash as shown in photos below, sitting and staying in place as well as at a distance and coming back nicely when told. Her aggressive behavior toward other animals has been addressed and curtailed. All training was accomplished without using food or treats for motivation.

On Thursday afternoon, I was thrilled to help a wonderful young couple who are caring and compassionate, a perfect fit since they both work in the medical career field. The couple has a six-year-old boxer-pitbull mix named Ted, who has become increasingly energetic, particularly when friends and guests visit, as he tends to jump and bark excessively. Ted was also difficult to walk on a leash and didn't know how to sit or stay in place or at a distance. Now my owners have the necessary tools and knowledge to control this cheerful pup. Ted is walking smoothly on the leash, is sitting and staying in place as well as at a distance with distractions, and returns nicely when called. He knows jumping is no longer permitted, and his barking has been curtailed much for a more enjoyable time when friends and family show up to visit.

On Sunday afternoon I was thrilled to help another wonderful family on training their latest addition, a 4-month-old Labrador named Frannie, who was a rambunctious young girl who jumped on everyone who came over and was known for nipping at arms and hands, causing small abrasions. She did not know how to walk properly on the leash without pulling or sitting or staying in place at a distance. Now my amazing family has the tools and knowledge to control this wonderful girl, who is walking smoothly on the leash, as shown in the photos below, sitting, and staying in place as well as at a distance. She knows that jumping is only allowed when permitted, and she's keeping her mouth to herself, causing relief for the family regarding battle damage to the arms. All training was completed without food or treats for motivation, and my owners know that if they have any questions, I am only a phone call away.

On Sunday afternoon, I was proud to help a fellow veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army Reserve, who served from 1999 to 2013 as a military policeman in both branches of service. He has a unique-looking, large, four-year-old Siberian Husky-Komondor mix, named Brego who often jumps on family members, struggles to walk on a leash without pulling, and does not know how to sit or stay in place. Now my owner has tools, knowledge, and control; this stout fellow is walking smoothly on the leash as shown in the photos below, sitting and staying in place and at a distance, and only jumping when it's absolutely permitted. All training was completed without the use of food or treats for motivation.

On Sunday afternoon, I was happy to help another wonderful couple who have been married for 46 years train their 13-month-old Bernedoodle named Sadie; she has been a bit too much to handle for her mom, a retired postal employee and rural route carrier, which is a very dangerous job. My owner taught Sadie a basic level of obedience, but she needs further refinement because Sadie still struggles to walk on a leash without pulling; she also misbehaves inside the home and jumps at inappropriate times. Now, Sadie is walking smoothly on the leash; sitting in place at a distance; returning nicely when called, as shown in the photos below; and remaining calm inside the home. She also understands that jumping is only allowed when permitted. All training was completed without using food or treats for motivation, and my owner has tools and knowledge now to control this wonderful girl.

On Saturday afternoon, I was thrilled to help a terrific young lady who works in the medical career field train a large and soon-to-be-very-large 8 mos old Cane Corso named Jax, who had no boundaries regarding his owner's personal space. Jax was known to pull badly on walks and did not know how to sit or stay in place or at a distance; he was basically calling the shots around the home regarding my owner, who was a petite woman with a giant heart. Now my owner has the tools and knowledge to control this magnificent fella, who's walking smoothly on the leash without pulling, sitting and staying in place as well at a long distance, and returning happily back to his mama. All training was completed without using food or treats for motivation, and my owner knows that if she has any questions or concerns, I am only a phone call away.
