We took our vehicle to PTW on 49.
Their policy is “ 1st come 1st served”….. AFTER 2weeks we get it back & almost $2500.
Now our SPEEDOMETER DOES NOT WORK ..plus the “ check engine light “ is still on. They say bring it back & leave it & they’ll
Check it out. I asked what day is best? He had no idea !! But AGAIN said Its 1 st come 1st served !!((Probaly another 2 weeks since he said he did not know when they could get to it. )🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️THAT is NOT WHAT I UNDERSTAND TO BE “ 1st come 1st serve” !!!!!!
IF anyone knows of a Reptuable
Mechanic, plz let let us know. We need our vehicle & now have to pay someone to finish fixing it. 🥵
