🫀 Anesthesia Screening Echo - quick way to assess anesthesia risk

Your veterinarian can refer your pet to us for imaging, and results are sent back to them so they can continue your pet’s care.

🫀 Back to school for the heart! 🐾

Dr. Celene is spending some time sharpening her ultrasound skills with an echocardiography (echo) course — because we’re always looking for ways to bring more diagnostic options right here to our patients at Grove Small Animal Hospital!

So, what exactly is an echo? An echocardiogram is an ultrasound of the heart. It allows us to see the heart beating in real time and evaluate things like the heart chambers, valves, muscle function, blood flow, and more. ❤️

Echocardiography can be especially helpful for pets with heart murmurs, abnormal heart sounds, suspected heart disease, changes seen on X-rays, or certain breathing concerns.

And the exciting part… 👀

🫀 Echocardiograms will soon be a NEW service offered at GSAH!

We’re excited to continue expanding what we can offer our Grand Lake pets without always having to travel out of town for advanced diagnostics.

Welcome to the Grove Small Animal Hospital family, Cooper! 🐾💙

This tiny gentleman tipped the scales at a whopping 2.8 pounds today. 😂 We’re pretty sure most of that is hair, ears, and attitude.

Cooper may be pint-sized, but he’s already very good at stealing hearts. 🥹🐶

Excuse us, but HOW are we supposed to get any work done when patients show up looking like this?! 😍

This sweet little face came in for a visit and immediately had the whole clinic wrapped around those tiny paws. 🐶🤎

Diagnosis: dangerously cute.
Treatment: unlimited snuggles and absolutely no personal space. 😂
