🐾 Important Update: Cancellation Policy Reminder 🐾

I truly appreciate all of my clients and the trust you place in me to care for your pets. As a small business owner, my availability is limited, and when a reservation is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for your pets and cannot always be filled on short notice.

To continue providing reliable care, my cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled booking will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

A 25% booking fee is required to reserve your pet’s spot and will be applied toward your service total. This helps protect my business from cancellations that leave openings I may not be able to refill.

Thank you for understanding that this is my business and my livelihood. I appreciate your support and respect for my time, and I look forward to continuing to care for your furry family members. 🐾
