Today’s second post is dedicated to Morgan! 🎉
Morgan also recently celebrated her FIVE year anniversary at WVH! 🥳
You all know Morgan as one of our shining faces at the front desk, but being a veterinary receptionist is so much more than answering phones and checking people in. Our reception team is often the very first point of contact for our clients, and they somehow manage to juggle a million things at once while making each person feel heard and cared for.
Morgan keeps the front desk moving through busy phone lines, appointments, prescription requests, payments, scheduling, client questions, records, messages, and everything in between. She communicates constantly with our doctors and medical team, helps coordinate patient care, and navigates the unexpected curveballs that come with working in a veterinary hospital. And perhaps most importantly, she does all of this while interacting with people who may be worried, stressed, scared, or emotional about their beloved pets.
Morgan brings incredible patience and kindness to WVH. She has a way of instantly calming anyone who walks through our doors or calls us on the phone. She makes people feel welcome, cared for, and confident that their pets are in good hands.
And let me tell you, Morgan’s jokes have us all rolling on the floor! She has such a fun sense of humor and brings a lightness to our days that we absolutely love.
Morgan is truly such a bright light at WVH, and we are so fortunate to have had her as part of our team for the past five years. ❤️
Please help us celebrate Morgan and this incredible milestone! ✨
