They make amazing baby sitters for your grow outs as well 🥰

Thank you for choosing Bantam Bliss Coop & Hatchery! We love raising our fluffy chicks and want every buyer to have a positive experience. Please read the following policy before placing your chick order.

# # # 🐥 Chick Availability

* Chicks are sold based on availability and hatch dates.
* Straight-run chicks are sold without a guaranteed s*x unless otherwise stated.
* Sexed chicks are sold to the best of our ability, but occasional s*xing errors can happen unless you dna test but even sometimes it can be wrong.

# # # 💰 Deposits & Payments

* A deposit may be required to reserve chicks.
* Deposits are **non-refundable** unless Bantam Bliss Coop & Hatchery is unable to provide the agreed-upon chicks.
* Full payment must be received before or at pickup, as agreed upon when the order is placed.
* Chicks will not be held without a deposit.

# # # 📅 Pickup & Holding

* Pickup dates will be arranged when your chicks are reserved.
* Buyers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled pickup.
* If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
* Extended holding of chicks may require an additional fee.

# # # ❤️ Chick Health Guarantee

* Chicks are sold healthy and thriving at the time of pickup.
* Buyers should inspect their chicks before leaving.
* Once the chick leaves our care, we cannot guarantee its future health, growth, fertility, or survival due to the many factors involved in raising poultry.
* We are not responsible for losses caused by improper brooding, temperature, nutrition, housing, handling, predators, illness, or other conditions after pickup.

Due to biosecurity and the health of our flock, **all chick sales are final.**

We cannot accept returns or exchanges after chicks have left our property.

Before taking chicks home, buyers should have:

* A clean, safe brooder
* Proper heat
* Fresh water
* Appropriate chick starter feed
* Safe housing
* Protection from predators and other animals

Please make sure you are fully prepared before bringing your new chicks home.

Silkies are a genetically diverse breed, and chick appearance can change significantly as they grow. We cannot guarantee an exact pattern, size of crest, foot feathering, or other trait unless specifically stated in the listing.

# Hatching Egg Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing **Bantam Bliss Coop & Hatchery**! We take great care in raising our Silkie chickens and collecting, storing, and packaging our hatching eggs. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

# # 🥚 Hens' Choice Hatching Eggs

All Silkie hatching eggs are sold as **Hens' Choice**.

We are currently working on how to arrange our pens but all of the silkies we have laying at the moment are mottled and split to mottled! We are working on a s*x linked pen and a straight run pen but you can hatch black mottled, chocolate mottled and split to mottleds.

# # 🐣 Fertility & Hatch Rates

* We make every effort to provide fertile, fresh hatching eggs.
* Fertility is **not guaranteed**.
* Hatch rates depend on many factors, including egg handling, storage, incubation temperature, humidity, turning, incubator performance, and shipping.
* We do not guarantee a specific number of fertile eggs, developing embryos, or hatched chicks.
* Once eggs leave our care, we cannot guarantee their hatchability.

# # 📦 Shipping
We currently do NOT ship hatching eggs.

# # 💰 Refunds & Replacements

* **No refunds or replacements are given for poor hatch rates.**
* We are not responsible for eggs that fail to develop or hatch due to incubation conditions, handling, storage, or shipping.
* Damaged eggs should be reported promptly with photos so the situation can be documented and reviewed.

# # 🏡 Local Pickup

Local pickup orders will be arranged with the buyer.

Once eggs have been picked up, they become the buyer's responsibility. Please handle all hatching eggs carefully.
