Due to the overnight temps and early morning road conditions, we will have delayed hours for the next couple of days. We will be opening up at 10am tomorrow, Wednesday, 1/28. We will be closing at 5pm. We plan to have those same hours on Thursday, 1/29, as well. We will have a smaller staff than normal, but we are happy to serve you and your fur babies.

Please continue to use caution on the roadways and extra caution in our parking lot, as it is still very icy. If you need help getting you or your pet inside, please call 903-454-1563.

Due to the continued freezing temps and hazardous road conditions, We will be closed tomorrow morning, Tuesday, 1/27. We will be open for essential pet needs from 12pm - 5pm tomorrow afternoon.

Due to the freezing temperatures and hazardous roads, we will be closed tomorrow, Monday, 1/26/26. If you think your pet needs emergency care, please find the nearest emergency animal hospital like MedVet Dallas and/or VEG in Allen.
