October starts TOMORROW, which means Clip for Erin officially begins! 🎀🐴✂️

When I first shared this fundraiser, our horse community showed up for Erin in a BIG way. We’ve already surpassed the original $10,000 goal, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated, shared, prayed, and supported her along the journey so far. 🤎

And we’re not done yet! October is our month to keep that momentum going! 💞

For every horse Metz Equine clips during the month of October, we’ll donate $10 directly to Erin.

October is always our busiest clipping month, so now I want to see just how many horses we can put on that board for her. 💪🏼

If your horse is due for a fall clip, now is the time to grab your October date. Every appointment gets your horse looking fresh AND adds another $10 to Erin’s fight.

Let’s fill the October calendar — for Erin. 🤎

Busy season is officially in full swing… and apparently the horses have decided to get a head start on their winter wardrobes. 😂🐴

The coats are coming in early, the clippers are working overtime, and somehow it’s already that time of year.

Fall has entered the chat. ✂️🍂

🚨 Your friendly October clipping reminder 🚨

If you’re thinking, “I’ll just schedule my horse when October gets closer…”

…here’s your sign 😂

October is always our busiest month, and every year we watch the calendar go from “plenty of time!” to “how is October already full?!” seemingly overnight.

If you know your horse needs a clip, please reserve your spot now—so our sanity stays in check. 😂✂️🐴

We love a last-minute miracle, but our calendar doesn’t always cooperate. 😉

October appointments are booking now! Message us to get your date on the books. 💈✂️🐴

This ought to get us through a couple of weeks! 😂✂️ 50 brand-new blades for busy season!

I get asked all the time if we sharpen blades, and the answer is NO!

The quality of the clip we provide is our highest priority, and in our experience, a sharpened blade just isn’t the same. There’s nothing quite like the cut of a fresh, brand-new blade on a clean horse—and that’s what we live for! 🤩

Busy season is here, and we’re ready for it. 💪🐴✨

🩷 CLIP FOR ERIN 🩷

This one is personal.

Erin has been a very special part of the Metz Equine family—not only as a former member of our team, but as a dear friend.

She is also a wife, a mom of two, and someone who has spent so much of her life showing up for the people and animals she loves.

Recently, Erin was diagnosed with breast cancer.

As anyone who has walked through cancer knows, the emotional and physical challenges are enormous. But there is another burden that comes with it—the financial one. Bills don’t stop. Kids still need to be taken care of. Life keeps moving, even when your world has suddenly changed.

So this October, we’re putting our busy clipping season to work for someone we love. 🩷

For every horse Metz Equine clips during the month of October, we will donate $10 directly to Erin and her family.

But we’re not stopping there.

We’re setting a goal of $10,000, and we’re inviting our clients, barns, trainers, friends and fellow equestrian businesses to help us get there.

You can help by:

🐴 Booking your October clip
🩷 Making a donation
🩷 Becoming a Metz Equine Pink Partner
🩷 Sharing this post with someone who would like to help

Every horse. Every dollar. Every share.

Let’s surround Erin and her family with the kind of love and support that makes this equestrian community so special.

Let’s clip for Erin. 🩷

Happy one-year anniversary to our wonderful Sophie! ❤️

It’s hard to believe it has already been a year since you joined us. In such a short time, you have become such an important part of Metz Equine, and I truly cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us.

This past year has been especially meaningful to me because you gave me something I wasn’t sure I would actually be able to have — a true maternity leave. Knowing that the horses, our clients, and the business were in such capable hands allowed me to step away and be fully present with Barrett during those precious first few months. That is something I will always be incredibly grateful for.

You have worked so hard, taken so much pride in what you do, and have been instrumental in helping us continue to grow. I don’t take for granted the trust, dedication, and effort you bring to Metz Equine every day!

Today, we celebrate YOU and everything you have contributed over this past year. Thank you for being such an important part of our team and for helping make this past year possible for our family and our business. We are so lucky to have you, and we are excited for everything the next year holds!

Happy one-year anniversary, Sophie! We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
