Over five years ago, we first considered the idea of breeding Labradors. We knew breeding Labradors would be demanding but could provide many benefits, the best of which being memories for us and our children to look back upon with happiness. We researched the breed, various aspects of breeding, and dove in. We made significant investments to get off the ground and to get to the point where we are today. However, for personal reasons, we have reached the very tough decision to cease our breeding program as of now. With our daughters both now having busy schedules and a dream job opening up to Kristen, we have to shift our focus and time to balance life in other areas.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity we were given to welcome 23 healthy pups into this world and to meet so many great people along the way. We understand this will come as a shock to many, but this decision was not reached with ease. We appreciate the support, guidance, and business throughout the last few years, and we wish you all the best. To our puppy families, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us still with any questions, concerns, or updates on your pups (because that’s what they will always be to us- big puppies).

We wish all of you that absolute very best!

Always be mindful of where you take your dogs, what their current health condition is, and what canine illnesses are going around.

Initial testing showed some of the dogs had parvovirus, but state officials say more results are pending to confirm what exactly is going on. - Videos from The Weather Channel | weather.com

We will making an additional post soon to provide an update on our plans, but as of now, we have to make this post. We will not be utilizing Prim in our breeding program. Therefore, she is available to a pet only home. She is a 2.5 year old girl who is very sweet and intelligent. Prim loves attention and inclusion with the family. If you are interested in additional information please comment on here and we will privately message you for further discussion.

Also, feel free to email us at [email protected]

We are still receiving a steady/high flow of inquiries pertaining to puppies. Unfortunately, we are uncertain as to when we will have puppies again. Due to not currently having puppies and having a multitude of significant personal obligations at this time that demand our attention, we will be largely unavailable for communication (with the exception of our puppy families and those already on our list). We apologize for this inconvenience and feel awful about our current inability to keep up with the daily inquiries. Therefore, we wanted to make this announcement. When we have a better grasp on things on our end and a clear idea as to who will be bred and when, we will begin engaging in more activity and communications. Thanks again for your time, support and understanding. ❤

To make up for all of this, here's a cute photo of Finn!

We have unfortunate news. 😔 Neither Sadie or Dixie are currently pregnant. Sadie has had a false pregnancy and Dixie has miscarried the puppies that she did have. We don't have answers as to why these things happened and are devastated to learn that we won't be having puppies this month. We wish we had better news and more answers to share with you all. We are deeply sorry that we do not. Hopefully we have better luck this year than how our breedings went in 2021.

At least Momma Sadie and Daughter Dixie are enjoying cuddle time in the whelping box while it's up.

Surprise!! We have puppies due and it's not one litter but TWO! 🐶

Momma Sadie and her daughter Dixie are both expecting puppies to arrive the second week of January. Sadie will be having an all yellow/red litter and Dixie's litter will be black and various shades of yellow. To find out more information on these litters, follow the link in our bio. We will be posting more about them here in the coming days as well!

As many of you know, Kentucky was devastated by tornadoes this week. We were fortunate enough that the storms stayed just south of us and that our family was barely missed by the same storm that tore through Mayfield, Dawson Springs, Muhlenberg, and more. Sadly, thousands of families were not as fortunate. Hundreds of animals were also not as fortunate. Much livestock and many pets are either displaced or have lost their life. The loss and devastation of these towns are unbelievable.

If you have been looking for ways to help the survivors (both human and furry) of these tornadoes, here is a great way to do so. If you would also like to know of other ways you can help, comment here and Kristen will help direct you to reliable sources.

Thank you so much for those who have helped Kentucky. Whether it be through prayer, assisting in cleanup, or sending in donations, every bit of it is deeply appreciated. ❤

I walked outside tonight and I was reminded of a picture I took of Fletcher a mere 9 days over 3 years ago. So I decided to get an updated one. It's not exact because he was too busy watching Prim run circles around him but it's close enough. 😆

Also, neither photo was edited in any way other than being cropped
