Please remember we are booking out about two weeks so please call or text us asap to set up your pups next appointment! Rebooking your appointment is always best! 🐶

The time has come for us to start enforcing our no show/cancellation policy. We understand things happen and we are willing to work with anyone. But we want people to understand we are a small business and when you don’t show up to your appointment we don’t get paid.

Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you won’t be able to make your appointment. This gives us time to fill this spot and not have to charge any kind of fee!

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice we will have to charge a deposit to rebook. The deposit will go towards your next groom. Deposit is half of the price of your pup’s groom.

No shows will be charged half the price of the groom before your next appointment can be booked. In some cases you may be asked to make a deposit for your next groom.

As I said we will work with everyone as best as we can!
