🇺🇸 🐶Labor Day Weekend Business Update!!🐶🇺🇸

We will be CLOSED for Labor Day and will reopen on Tuesday! We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday weekend. ❤️🤍💙

We also want to apologize for any delays in getting back to messages and calls! Our phone was down due to the recent power outages, so we have not been able to respond to everyone as quickly as we normally would. We will be working through everything next week and getting back to everyone as soon as we possibly can!📱

We also ask that everyone please keep in mind that Nadine is currently handling everything at the shop while Alisha is still on maternity leave. We are doing our absolute best to keep up with appointments, messages, calls, and everything else that comes along with running the business!!

We truly appreciate every single one of our clients and we do not want to lose anyone! ❤️ But we also want to be honest—we can only do so much with the current circumstances and staffing situation. Please be patient and understanding with us as we work hard to get everyone taken care of!!

To all of our amazing clients,

As of last Wednesday, I am officially on maternity leave! 💙🐶

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for all the love, prayers, and support!!Although this delivery was a much crazier and scarier experience than we ever expected, I am so incredibly thankful to share that both baby and I are safe, healthy, and recovering well! We are truly counting our blessings.🙏🏼🩵

During this time, I ask for your patience and understanding with our team & Nadine. We currently have one full-time groomer, and my mom will be taking on just about everything else to help keep the business running while I focus on healing and spending this precious time with my family. Please bear with them as they work hard to care for all of your pups! This means wait times might be longer or your appointment might have to be moved or changed unfortunately. We were fully staffed at the time some of you booked out and now we are not.🥴

We appreciate your grace as appointment availability will be more limited than usual, and we kindly ask for your patience with scheduling and response times!!!🙏🏼 Your continued support means more to us than words can express!!🩵🤍🩵🤍

🐾 ⚠️ Exciting News & Important Scheduling Update!!!! ⚠️🐾 Please like this post after reading so I know that y'all are seeing it!🩵

As many of you already know, our family is growing, and I am expecting baby #2!! 🩵 With that being said, I will be taking maternity leave late July, which means our availability will be extremely limited both before and after my leave!!

We are also currently very short-staffed, making appointment openings more limited than ever. If you’d like to remain on our grooming schedule, please book your appointments well in advance!! We highly recommend scheduling multiple appointments ahead of time to secure the days and times that work best for you! If not I cannot guarantee that I will be able to get you in.

Unfortunately, due to our staffing shortages and limited availability, we already know that we will not be able to accommodate everyone. This truly breaks my heart, as we value each and every one of our clients that we have built relationships with and their beloved pups. 🩶🩵 Please know that we are doing everything we can, but our current staffing situation means we simply won’t have enough availability to take all of you.😰
