🐾❄️ K-9 BY DESIGN FAMILY — WE COULD REALLY USE YOUR HELP! ❄️🐾
As we prepare for the colder months, we’re reaching out to our wonderful clients and community in hopes that someone might be able to help us find a winter home for our mobile grooming studio!
Our grooming trailer is a 7×14 extra-height, fully equipped studio weighing approximately 7,000 pounds. She’s a beast, and when snow and ice arrive, she’s basically a 7,000-pound roller skate! 😂
Unfortunately, our current driveway presents some serious challenges during winter weather, and keeping our business operating safely and reliably for your pups is our top priority.
We’re hoping to find a garage, commercial bay, pole building, or suitable outdoor parking space to RENT in the Greensburg, Latrobe, Hempfield, or surrounding areas. This is only storage for the trailer, the truck will be unhitched daily.
Here’s what we need:
🐾 Level, easily accessible parking with room to maneuver our truck and trailer.
🐾 Safe, well-maintained roads leading to the property. This is extremely important! Steep hills, unplowed roads, icy private lanes, and difficult entrances simply won’t work.
🐾 Reliable electricity to protect our grooming equipment and plumbing from freezing.
🐾 Accessible running water to refill our onboard 100-gallon freshwater tank as needed.
🐾 Daily access to our trailer so we can continue serving our clients.
🐾 For enclosed spaces, a minimum overhead clearance of 10’5”, with additional clearance preferred for our rooftop A/C.
We are absolutely willing to pay reasonable monthly rent and work out an arrangement for utilities.
Maybe you have an unused garage, extra parking space, or know someone who does! Sometimes the perfect opportunity comes from simply asking the right people.
Our goal is to keep K-9 By Design rolling safely all winter long, without compromising the dependable, one-on-one luxury grooming experience your pups deserve. ❤️
We’re hoping to find something ASAP, so any leads, recommendations, or shares would mean so much to us!

Thank you for always supporting our small business and helping us continue doing what we love! 🐩🐾
