Lobster has a way of making a lasting impression from the moment you meet him. Oh my gosh, heās an incredible dog! This charming guy is as handsome as they come, with a face made for photos and a personality that shines just as brightly. He is incredibly photogenic and always ready for his close-up! Lobster loves spending time with his people and wants to be involved in whatever youāre doing. He happily accepts affection, enjoys cuddles, and never misses an opportunity to share a few gentle kisses. He has a curious, independent streak, too, and loves exploring his surroundings. With his medium energy level, heās always up for a few happy zoomies but is just as content to settle in for a good nap and some snuggle time.
Lobster is a 3-year-old mixed-breed dog who weighs 45 pounds. He walks pretty well on a leash, and the longer you walk, the better he gets! He knows āsitā and is a smart boy who would likely enjoy learning new things through training. He responds very well to gentle redirection and is eager to figure things out. He started out a little snatchy when taking treats, but with practice, he became much gentler. This clever guy also loved a food puzzle and figured it out almost immediately! Heās somewhat interested in plush toys, too. Lobster has excellent house manners, with no accidents indoors, and while he may give you his very best puppy-dog eyes when food is around š, he doesnāt try to steal it. Heās calm and quiet when people or dogs pass the house, remaining alert and curious without reacting. He didnāt jump up on us during his visit, either. And when it comes to bath time and brushing, he was an absolute superstarāhe was so good that we dare say he might have actually enjoyed it! Heās also wonderfully easy in the car, making him a great companion for trips and adventures.
When it comes to other dogs, Lobster is usually curious for a moment before deciding he'd rather do his own thing. His easygoing personality, intelligence, and affectionate nature make him a wonderful companion with so much to offer. Lobster is ready to start the next chapter with a family to call his own.
