It’s staff appreciation week at GVV, and things are looking a little… suspicious!
Dr. Passinault created an entire murder mystery game for our team to solve throughout the week!
Our suspect wall is up and riddles, clues, and blood themed trivia will keep everyone guessing until the big reveal at Friday’s staff meeting. Behind all the sleuthing is something that’s no mystery: how much we appreciate this team. Their compassion, dedication and hard work make a difference for our patients and clients every day. Follow along this week as we celebrate our staff and see who cracks the case. We’ll be sharing the characters along the way so be sure to check out our stories and take your guesses!

When you order the “spicy sky raisin” and immediately regret it… 🐝😳

Sweet little Pixie visited us today after trying to eat a bee and developing some impressive facial swelling. Thankfully, her mom recognized that something was wrong and brought her in for care and we are pleased to report she is doing well!

While the resulting photo may look a little funny, allergic reactions can become serious quickly. Contact us right away if your pet develops sudden facial swelling, hives, vomiting, difficulty breathing, weakness, or collapse-especially after a suspected insect sting.

Please don’t give medication at home unless a veterinary professional has advised you on the correct medication and dose.

A memorable face- and an important reminder to leave the bees off the snack menu!

We love a good team outing! Dr Michelle treated the team to a Milwaukee Brewers game this weekend and Ann Marie organized the tailgate-so fun!

Today, we pause to remember. 🇺🇸

25 years later, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the heroes who responded with extraordinary courage.

We also remember the search and rescue dogs and police K-9s who worked tirelessly alongside their human partners-serving, searching, and comforting when they were needed most.

As a veterinary team, we are especially grateful for the incredible animals who have served and supported us in moments of unimaginable need.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙
