Effective Immediately!!!! I will be enforcing early drop off/late pick up and last minute cancellation and No Show appointments!

I want give every pet the same attention I give yours!

Pets can not be dropped off any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time (unless I have text/called)

All pets must be picked up NO LATER than 30 minutes after I notify you they are finished (unless previous arrangements have been made) there is a $20 fee for every 15 minutes after the initial 30 minutes!

Rescheduling appointments must be done 24 hours or before! For any reschedule that is shorter than 24 hours you will be required to pay half of the grooming before rescheduling! (For example… if your appointment is at 10am on Friday I need to hear from you prior to 10am on Thursday)

NO SHOWS will be 100 percent of the appointment! Must be paid prior to rebooking! (If you have a card on file I will try that if it is declined you will have to come in to pay for your missed appointment)

I respect your time please respect mine!
